I think this is Jay Scott's only speaking role thus far in the comic. He's Ivanhoe and Miriam's younger brother, and his inclusion as a background only character was intentional.
Also, that's not Ralph. I don't put a lot of planning into these epilogues and unintentionally made the second cop look too much like Ralph. I'll be rectifying that once I update this for print.
